WINDHOEK, 20 SEP (NAMPA) – Police in the Oshikoto Region are investigating a rape case, after a 62-year-old man allegedly raped his 14-year-old niece between August 2026 and September 2026.
A police report issued on Sunday by Namibian Police spokesperson, Deputy Commissioner Kauna Shikwambi, said the rape incidences occurred repeatedly at Okandjeke village.
