Sri Lanka's GovPay platform processes nearly 1.9 mln USD in digital payments

COLOMBO, Oct. 30 (Xinhua) -- GovPay, a digital payment platform for Sri Lanka's government services, has processed more than 560 million rupees (about 1.89 million U.S. dollars) in transactions as of Thursday, the Ministry of Digital Economy announced. As of Thursday, a total of 37,715 transactions amounting to 568.7 million rupees have been completed through GovPay, involving 184 government institutions, the ministry said. The platform ena......
