London (PA Media/dpa) - Virgin Trains is set to launch international services from the United Kingdom to mainland Europe through the Channel Tunnel, ending Eurostar's monopoly from 2030. The Office of Rail and Road (ORR) regulator granted access to Richard Branson's company to use Eurostar's Temple Mills depot in East London for maintaining and storing trains.
