Hamburg (dpa) - Germany's property market is showing signs of recovery, with more transactions and growing confidence among buyers, according to a study by the Hamburg-based Gewos Institute. But higher mortgage rates are weighing on affordability, and experts warn that borrowing costs could soon hit 4%.
