WINDHOEK, 17 SEP (NAMPA) – The Namibia Tourism Board (NTB) and the Namibia Public Workers Union (NAPWU) on Wednesday signed a wage agreement for a salary increase for NTB employees for the 2025/26 financial year.
The key highlights of the agreement include an inclusive adjustment of 4.25 per cent for all members of the bargaining unit, excluding executive managers.
