GOBABIS, 06 AUG (NAMPA) – Following the appointment of new traditional councillors, the Ovambanderu Traditional Authority (OTA) is hosting a training workshop for the community leaders at Farm Du Plessis in the Okorukambe Constituency of the Omaheke Region.
