OSHAKATI, 06 AUG (NAMPA) – Chief Herman Ndilimani Iipumbu of the Uukwambi Traditional Authority has called for cultural restoration, stating that Namibians are slowly losing their heritage by focusing on Western ways.
Iipumbu made the call during the official opening of the University of Namibia (UNAM) Cultural Festival at the Oshakati campus on Wednesday.
