OMUTHIYA, 06 AUG (NAMPA)- Domestic violence cases and rape cases in the Oshikoto region are still a concern as cases have increased.
This is according to Oshikoto governor Sacky Kathindi, who, during his State of the Region Address on Wednesday said that in the last financial year, rape and domestic violence cases increased by 18 per cent and 11 per cent respectively.
