WINDHOEK, 15 JUL (NAMPA) – Lawyer Sisa Namandje, the legal representative of Peter and Malakia Elindi, who are implicated in the Namcor-Enercon corruption scandal, on Monday accused the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) of Namibia of prematurely arresting his clients, describing it as an abuse of power by the ACC.
