WINDHOEK, 21 JUN (NAMPA) - The Secretary-General of the Commonwealth, Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey, was deeply moved on Saturday during her first visit to the Heroes Acre, Namibia's national shrine, where two former presidents are laid to rest.
