WINDHOEK, 18 FEB (NAMPA) – Mobile Telecommunications Limited (MTC) and Botswana Fibre Networks (BoFiNet) on Tuesday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Gaborone aimed at strengthening cross-border connectivity and digital collaboration between Namibia and Botswana.
