MOSCOW, May 29 (RIA Novosti) - Japan is considering offering to purchase defense equipment from the United States as a measure to reduce the bilateral trade deficit, Japanese Minister for Economic Recovery Ryosei Akazawa said on Thursday ahead of a new round of tariff talks.
