WINDHOEK, 27 FEB (NAMPA) – The Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Fund has called on motorists and pedestrians to exercise caution on the roads during memorial services and street processions for Founding President Sam Nujoma.
The fund, in a media statement on Thursday, urged pedestrians to avoid running across roads or standing too close to the road during the activities.
