Awilo and Namibia, a love story rekindled

WINDHOEK, 22 NOV (NAMPA) – Congolese soukous and rumba legend Awilo Longomba fondly recalled his first visit to Namibia with the late Aurlus Mabélé and their iconic band, Loketo during a media conference here on Thursday.
He shared nostalgic memories of shooting his first music video at Zoo Park and exploring Katutura, which left a lasting impression on him and his deep connection with Namibia.
