Ongwediva to get oncology centre

ONGWEDIVA, 15 JUL (NAMPA) – A groundbreaking ceremony was held at Ongwediva on Tuesday for the construction of the envisaged Namibian Oncology Centre (NOC) and Medical Imaging Namibia facility at a cost of close to N.dollars 160 million.
Construction of the state-of-the-art centre is expected to commence on Tuesday, with a projected completion date of 30 June 2026. The official opening of the facility is planned for July 2026.
