MOSCOW, October 4 (RIA Novosti) - A number of explosions were heard in Kiev on Sunday, Ukrainian media reported. The Russian Foreign Ministry on Saturday reiterated its warning to foreign nationals and diplomatic mission staff against staying in or traveling to Ukraine. Foreign nationals and diplomats who have not left Kiev are knowingly putting their lives in mortal danger, the Russian ministry stated....
