WINDHOEK, 28 SEP (NAMPA) - In a move towards restorative justice, the Okandjoze Chiefs Assembly on Genocide (OCAG) has assessed the extensive financial impact of the atrocities committed against the Ovaherero and Nama communities by the imperial German regime between 1904 and 1908.
