KATIMA MULILO, 21 SEP (NAMPA) – Swapo Party Youth League (SPYL) Regional Secretary for Zambezi, Elto Mowa, says the mass recruitment drive held on Saturday Katima Mulilo was a resounding success, after 700 young people joined the movement and issued membership cards.
In an engagement with Nampa on Sunday, Mowa said young people in the region commended the regional leadership for bringing the SPYL headquarters to Katima Mulilo.
