(Updated with Sanliurfa province's governor's comments in paras 4,5) ANKARA, September 24 (RIA Novosti) - A magnitude 5.4 earthquake struck the southeastern Turkish province of Sanliurfa on Thursday, the Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency (AFAD) said.
