MOSCOW, September 24 (RIA Novosti) - Russia does not pose any threats to nuclear facilities in Ukraine, unlike Kiev, which regularly threatens Russian nuclear sites, Russian Permanent Representative to International Organizations in Vienna Mikhail Ulyanov said on Thursday.
