Bonn, Germany (dpa) - The European Union is handing out a fresh batch of 41,000 free train passes to 18-year-olds, to be used for railway travel across Europe, the German agency for international youth work (IJAB) said on Wednesday. Youngsters can apply online between October 1-15, with all EU citizens born between January 1, 2008 and December 31, 2008 eligible for the free tickets after taking a short quiz on the EU and its initiatives for young......
