WINDHOEK, 23 SEP (NAMPA) - Prime Minister Elijah Ngurare on Wednesday officially opened the 2026 University of Namibia (UNAM) Annual Cultural Festival, highlighting the role of education and culture in shaping Namibia’s development.

Ngurare said the festival’s theme, “Empowered by Education, United by Culture”, reflected two important forces driving the country forward.
