WINDHOEK, 23 SEP (NAMPA) – Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) has been detected in Namibia’s FMD-free zone with the confirmation of 10 positive cases out of 11, at a commercial farm in the Karasburg State Veterinary District in the ||Kharas Region.
This was announced by Acting Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Land Reform, Charles Mubita in the National Assembly on Wednesday.
