HANGZHOU, Sept. 21 (Xinhua) -- In a restaurant in the eastern Chinese city of Shaoxing, a waiter gently reminds diners to order just enough, pointing to a small sign on the wall that reads, "Clean your plate." This is no isolated gesture. In Shaoxing's Fushan subdistrict, similar scenes play out almost every day in more than 600 restaurants.
