BEIJING, Sept. 21 (Xinhua) -- Chinese and Malagasy police have carried out their first joint operation targeting telecom and online fraud, dismantling multiple criminal dens in the Malagasy capital Antananarivo and other areas, China's Ministry of Public Security (MPS) announced Monday.
