China said on Monday that it is willing to work with the United States to build "strategic stability" and "manage differences", days before a highly anticipated summit between the two countries' leaders. Foreign ministry spokesman Guo Jiakun said Beijing would "work with the US to enrich the substance of the relationship of constructive strategic stability between China and the US, strengthen dialogue and cooperation, (and) properly manage differ......
