London (PA Media/dpa) - Inter Milan have confirmed the signing of England defender Djed Spence from Tottenham on a five-year contract. The Italian champions have not disclosed the fee, while it was reported on Friday that the two clubs had agreed a $40.5 million deal, with Spurs inserting a 10% sell-on clause.
