WINDHOEK, 15 AUG (NAMPA) - Namibia’s international rider Alex Miller and South African rider Lize-Ann Louw were crowned the men’s and women’s Individual Time Trial (ITT) champions respectively on the opening stage of the 2026 Pupkewitz Megabuild Tour de Windhoek.
