WINDHOEK, 15 AUG (NAMPA) - Namibian rider Alex Miller and South African cyclist Lize-Ann Louw successfully retained the Pupkewitz Megabuild Tour de Windhoek yellow jerseys they claimed after stage one, maintaining their overall leads following Friday’s second stage.
