WINDHOEK, 09 AUG (NAMPA) – The Namibian Police Force in Katutura have initiated an investigation into a case of concealment of birth after a foetus was discovered in a dustbin on Mungunda Street on Sunday.
Preliminary reports indicate that a bottle collector found a male foetus, approximately five months old, in a red plastic bag while searching through a dustbin near the Single Quarters, between the Engine Service Station and Shoehorse Open Mark...
