OPUWO, 07 AUG (NAMPA) - Minister of Urban and Rural Development, James Sankwasa has urged regional councillors to closely monitor projects implemented in their constituencies to ensure that work progresses as planned and is executed properly.
Sankwasa made the call on Thursday during the handover of 24 completed Mass Housing Development Programme houses at Otuzemba Extension 2 in Opuwo.
