MOSCOW, August 7 (RIA Novosti) - The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) will provide an additional 10 million euros ($11.5 million) to Tajikistan for a project to reduce electricity losses in the Khatlon Region, the country's Finance Ministry said Thursday.
