MOSCOW, August 6 (RIA Novosti) - France has sent India a technical-commercial proposal for joint production of around 100 Rafale fighter jets, which New Delhi is seeking to acquire from Paris, the ANI news agency reported on Thursday, citing sources in the Indian Defense Ministry.
