MEXICO CITY, August 6 (RIA Novosti) - The mayor-president of Spain's North African enclave of Ceuta, Juan Jesus Vivas, called on Thursday for the immediate deportation of all illegal migrants who entered the enclave during the recent mass breach from Morocco.
