MOSCOW, July 28 (RIA Novosti) - Former top US infectious disease expert Anthony Fauci recommended that Bosnia and Herzegovina turn to Russia for a COVID-19 vaccine in 2021 amid a shortage of Western vaccines, according to Fauci's diaries, parts of which were published by US Senator Rand Paul.
