OSHAKATI, 27 JUL (NAMPA) – The Oshakati Town Council on Monday officially launched its Traffic Law Enforcement Unit, with Minister of Works and Transport Veikko Nekundi describing the initiative as a major step towards strengthening road safety and curbing reckless driving in the rapidly growing northern town.
