KATIMA MULILO, 27 JUL (NAMPA) – Chief Gilbert Muhongo Mutwa III of the Masubia Traditional Authority has urged his subjects to attend cultural festivals to transfer knowledge of the Masubia culture that cannot be found in books, to the youth.
