The Congolese government has banned large gatherings in four provinces including the capital, Kinshasa, due to an Ebola outbreak in the country's northeast, according to an official document seen by AFP on Tuesday. It comes ahead of a planned opposition march on July 8 against what it condemns as government plans to enable the president to cling to power.
