KATIMA MULILO, 30 JUN (NAMPA) - The Meat Corporation of Namibia (Meatco) on Tuesday officially handed over the operational responsibility of the Katima Mulilo abattoir to the Zambezi Meat Corporation (ZAMCO).
This follows the conclusion of a five-year mandate entrusted to Meatco by the Ministry of Agriculture to operate the abattoir and develop the technical capacity required by ZAMCO to independently operate the facility.
