A German court on Friday convicted a Saudi psychiatrist and sentenced him to life in prison for driving an SUV in a deadly rampage through a crowded Christmas market in 2024. Taleb Jawad al-Abdulmohsen, 51, killed six people and injured more than 300 when he sped the vehicle through the market in the historic centre of the eastern city of Magdeburg.
