London (PA Media/dpa) - A leading sleep expert has warned England's players to stay away from sleeping pills as they aim for World Cup glory this summer. Thomas Tuchel's men are hoping to end 60 years of hurt by winning the trophy, but this will be their biggest challenge yet, given the climate and logistics involved in a tournament spanning three countries and four time zones.
