SWAKOPMUND, 04 JUN (NAMPA) – Several local authorities in Erongo have failed to meet their statutory obligation to contribute five per cent of their revenue to the Erongo Regional Council (ERC), citing financial constraints, low revenue collection and mounting infrastructure demands.
