Organisers of the 2030 Winter Olympics in the French Alps said on Friday that Lyon was now "the best solution" to host ice events in place of Nice. The decision follows the opposition of Nice's new mayor Eric Ciotti to the installation of a temporary ice rink in Nice's football stadium.
