London (PA Media/dpa) - Jhonatan Narvaez sprinted to victory in stage four of the Giro d'Italia as Giulio Ciccone claimed the pink jersey. The Ecuadorian UAE Team Emirates XRG rider topped the podium after crossing the line first at the end of the 138km route from Catanzaro to Cosenza, holding off Movistar's Orluis Aular and Italian Ciccone after making his move.
