Pope Leo XIV arrived in Equatorial Guinea for a 48-hour visit on the fourth and final leg of his African tour, according to an AFP journalist on board the papal plane. The pontiff landed at about midday local time in Malabo, on the island part of the central African country, which is one of the most closed-off on the continent and where political pluralism and civil liberties are sensitive issues. cmk/cc/phz/st ...
