OSHAKATI, 21 APR (NAMPA) - The Namibian Police Force’s Omusati Regional Commander, Ismale Basson, has confirmed a case of suicide after an Angolan cattle herder was found hanging at a cattle post in the Otamanzi area on Monday.
Basson said the incident occurred around 08h00 at the Eeshipu cattle post in the Otamanzi Constituency.
