A trial opened in Turkey Tuesday over the deaths of a German family allegedly exposed to insecticide in their Istanbul hotel -- as a separate forensic report linked the deaths of two Dutch teenagers in the same city also to pesticide inhalation. Both cases have drawn international attention and prompted calls for tighter controls on the use of hazardous chemicals in hotels.
