UK Regulator Launches Investigation Into Telegram Over Child Safety Concerns

MOSCOW, April 21 (RIA Novosti) - UK media regulator Ofcom announced on Tuesday the launch of an investigation into messaging platform Telegram and teen chat sites over concerns of child sexual abuse content being shared online.
