MOSCOW, April 16 (RIA Novosti) - The Mozambique-flagged oil tanker Deyna paid a fine and left French waters almost a month after being detained by the French navy, the French Maritime Prefecture for the Mediterranean said on Thursday. "The prefect of the Bouches-du-Rhone lifted the immobilization from the vessel, and Deyna left the French territorial waters," the statement read.
