WASHINGTON, April 14 (RIA Novosti) - Over 20 commercial vessels have passed through the Strait of Hormuz over the past 24 hours, The Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday, citing US officials. The ships included cargo, container and tanker vessels moving into and out of the Persian Gulf, as vessels not heading to Iran's ports are exempt from the blockade and are allowed to transit freely, the report said.
